There is not specfic age. I believe it's after your first period.
well you should go get a HPV shot around 15 but you dont need to have an exam until 21ish or if your sexually active before 21

You should have gotten your period by now and you should go once at 14 just to make sure that everything is normal, then every 2 years MIN until you become sexually active... Then EACH AND EVERY YEAR!
