I'm sorry, I have to agree with the stomach flu. It is an awful pain, it usually doesn't last longer than 24 hours. I seem to get it 2 or 3 times a year, usually within 12 hours of eating out.

All you can usually do is tough it out, wait for it to run it's course. Gatoraide will help you keep from getting dehydrated, if you don't have any sugar water with a pinch of salt will do.

If he fever gets higher or it lasts longer than 24 hours, you may need to go to the doctor. I'll say a prayer for your quick recovery.

you have the stomach flu. ginger ale and soda crackers. if it lasts more than 36 hours see a doc

Not sure what you have, but you need to see the doctor. It could just be a virus, but it would be one hell of a virus. You need to go see the doctor bc if you've really been puking and such like you say you have then you are becoming incredibly dehydrated and that's very dangerous.

Or food poisoning

You've got gastro.........google it............or food poisoning....or the like.google it and have a read. Don't eat anything..it will just feed the bug and make you crampy and continue the cycle of vomiting etc...
Drink water...small sips.....keep hydrated...you can get stuff from the chemist to replace the minerals and stuff you've lost while sick. The fever is good...it mean your body is fighting and trying to kill whatever is making you sick. I reckon...you'll be fine in a couple of days...it usually last like 24-72 hours MAX....You'll be right...take care.

Sounds like you've gotten a virus to me.

Stomach flu, causes: unknown virus infection...that would be what your doctor have said if u go to clinic.... quite normal

What you are describing sounds like Gastroenteritis.

Symptoms include an upset stomach, nausea and vomiting. You may also have diarrhea or a fever. It is sometimes called "stomach flu," but it is not the flu. Germs like viruses and bacteria can cause it.

Sorry you have it but hopefully, your suffering will end soon. Read the whole article on WebMD so you know what to do to help you get better or seek medical attention if necessary. Link is below.

sounds like food poison............ suck on ice to try and stay hydrated .......... should pass soon ....... if not see Dr. get iv for hydration

You probably have a stomach virus... viruses aren't "cureable" with any kind of medication, so you really have to wait it out. However, there are some things you can do to help.

Diarrhea can cause dehydration, so you need to keep drinking fluids. Stay away from sodas and juices because they have sugars that will only make you more dehydrated. For kids they recommend something called Pedolyte, but I doubt you have that on hand at home. Gatorade is an alternative if you haven't been able to eat in a while, it will help balance your electrolytes. Don't drink too much Gatorade either though, it will have the same affect as the sodas or juice. Immodium AD will also help curb the diarrhea.

The diarrhea can lead to cramping and add to the neusea because your entire digestive track is connected and sensitive. To ease the cramping, put a heating pad on LOW heat and rest it against the small of your back. This may increase your diarrhea temporarily (it relaxes the muscles) but it should also help calm your stomach. Don't put the heating pad on your stomach, the heat will actually cause most people to feel more nauseas.

The fever is good, it means you're fighting off the virus. Try to sleep as much as possible and distract yourself if you can. If it last for more than 48 hours, call your doctor... they'll be able to tell you whether to come in or not.
