Question: Ok the only reason i am even asking is because i have no insurance and we know how expensive doctor bills can be but while in the shower i noticed two white dots on one of my nipples and i have never noticed it before it looks like a pimple but it doesnt pop like one so i thought maybe suggestions

These white dots are most likely harmless. They sound to me like your breasts have finally reached maturity (yes it can happen up until you are 30, 40, 50.. )
Look at the area surrounding your nipple, do you see/feel raised bumps? Tiny ones. If yes, then your breasts have just reached a stage of their development.
Its always good to give yourself a breast exam, just incase. You can lookup a proper method to it, if you aren't willing to go to a doctor.
Also, don't try 'popping' these dots anymore, you'll just cause skin irritation.
we cant tell what it is from here..the best way to know is to go to a doctor and be examined medically.
be it a simple skin disorder or the dreaded C(cancer)...it is best to seek medical treatment. the sooner the better....for your own peace of mind.
