Please Help girls!?!
Question: Right, I'm 13 nearly 14 and i have never had sex. i haven't been feeling my best over the past week and i have these synptoms:
I feel slightly sick (basically all the time)
My stomach feels like a balloon
I only had spotting in my as period which was strange as i am a very heave bleeder.
In February 07 i was diagnosed with Glandular fever but that seemed to have cleared up.
I am just wondering if there is anything wrong? Please help so i can put my mind to rest!

You could be a little anemic if you bleed a lot during your periods. Try to include some iron rich foods in your diet. It doesn't sound like there is anything seriously wrong with you but it does sound like you may be run down and need some vitamins. The stomach problems could be coming from the type of foods you are eating. Try eating a bland diet for a few days and see if that helps your stomach.
if you are worried about your health then you need to see your doctor, don't rely on sources from the internet, in the end it is your body, you know when things aren't right.
