Feeling pretty nasty.?!

Question: Well, I just had a baby and I am NASTY. My stomachs all loose, and I used to have some nice abs...they're gone.
I gained so much weight due to a medical problem during pregnancy, now I want to lose it. I'm really working out and eating right and all that, but its just not working fast enough for my liking. What can I do, if anything, to speed up the process?
I feel so sluggish and heavy...haha, it is NOT a good feeling.

This is totally off topic, but I seriously had to do a double take at your picture because I thought it was a picture of me! Im not a weirdo it just totally creeped me out is all. I know how you feel, I remember feeling the same way after I had my son. All the hormones fluctuating and stress so do not help! I gained 90 lbs when I was pregnant with my son. I lost 70 of it within 2 months of having him. It was mostly water retention. Just give it some time, and try to be patient. I know its totally easier said then done right, but really you can make this experience as bad or as good as you want. Yu can obsess and get depressed which makes it hard to get out of bed and do anything, or you can accept that things are like this right now, but with a little effort they will not be like this in the future! I sound like one of those more you kmow commercials. Im going now. Drink alot of water. Keep doing what you ar doing. Change up your exercise routine every six weeks so that your body does not get used to it and plateau. And GOOD LUCK!

what you need to do is hang loose and give it some time . it will work out fine honey

what problem did you have during pregnancy?

You just had a baby, congratulations!! The extra skin after giving birth is normal. Dont be so upset. I suggest you try pilates. Pilates is a workout that tightens the whole body from the abs. Therefore every pilates excercise will help get you your abs back.
Dont worry if its taking a while, that's natural. Another seemingly easy way to lose some weight is by breast feeding. It burns amost a thousand calores a session.
I think also maybe you should also work on your mental health. Try getting a babysitter and going out to a spa. Dress up when you go out, even if its to the grocery store. If you fake sexiness, it will start coming easy to you.
Hope this helps!

dont be so unhappy,u just welcomed a new life into this world. Try yoga or polaties its relaxing and healthy.looking the way u do for now was wothit though.now u have a precios baby!
