I need a Womens Vitamin?!

Water pill eliminates water from your system. Women tend to retain water because of their cycle causing bloating and slight weight gain, the water pill fixes this problem but should only be used temporarily.

Look for a pill with at least 500mcg of Biotin, it helps with skin, hair, and nail health and growth.

Be sure to look for serving size as well, many of them need to be taken up to four times a day. Most people want a one-a-day.

Also make sure you have all the basic vitamins A, B-3,B-6,B-12, D, K. You also want some basic minerals. If you are a young women look for one with Iron, not too much calcium, magnesium, and Folic Acid.

Beyond those ingredients you have to be careful. When you get one with too many ingredients you can have allergies to it that you dont notice. Many of them contain bee and dairy by-products which are unnecessary in a muti-vitamin and can cause weird reactions like changes in appetite, fatigue, skin reactions like itching, and stomach and stool problems.

A water pill is something that will reduce water in your body as sometimes women swell in the ankles and other parts. Don't take it without the doc's say so. I would get a regular woman's vitamin from a health food store. They have something for everything. Sometimes vitamins make me sick for a short time, tums takes care of that. Also for the first month they make me tired, when that time wears off, I'm full of energy. Don't know why, it just is.

you need an evening primrose capsual that helps with pmt good for your hair and skin,i also take an omega 3 and garlic capsual take them in a morning after food not on empty stomach you shouldnt take a multi vitamin with the omega as your body stores vit a and d,you could also take vit c as your body dosnt store that it is water soluble, that is all you need for healthy body besides good diet
forgot to mention the water tablet it gets rid of excess fluid you can also lose weight with them retention especialy before period but always take in a morning as you will be back and forward to the loo all night
