It doesn't sound like Toxic Shock to me thankfully....and Toxic Shock is extremely rare (there are less than 40 cases a year reported and most of them are nothing to do with tampon use). The signs of that condition are a very high fever, peeling of the skin on hands and feet, widespread red rash, vomiting and diarrhoea and pain / weakness in the muscles. Remember though that you can have some of those symptoms for many other reasons too.
You need to see your doctor for a diagnosis, no-one on here can diagnose you (not even professionals) as you need to be examined. It may be that you have some infection causing the symptoms. The answerer who advised you call NHS Direct gave you good advice...they are there 24 hrs a day and can do a full assessment of your symptoms and appropriate care advice until you can see your doctor. In the mean time, try not to worry too much, although it is unpleasant for you, it doesn't sound as if anything too serious is happening. Take some painkillers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen (as long as you are not asthmatic). Take care and hope you soon feel better.

you need to go to a doctor.

best ting do is ring nhs direct don listen to people on ere sweet dey not doctors

If in Uk call NHS direct they will be able to give you all the info you need. Number is 08454647

You're most likely fine, if you have a high fever then you are at risk for TSS, but cramps and other feelings are normal. However if you aren't feeling normal then I suggest you tell a doctor. Most times our intuition knows what's best for us, so if you are concerned it doesn't hurt to give your doctor a call. Just rest and relax for now. I hope this could help you a bit.

Hey, worst case scenario, you go to the night clinic, don't panic. does this happen everytime? are they irregular everytime? what about std's? you could just have a virus... go have a blood test to put your mind at ease :)

go to a doctor

sweetheart, you should visit your gp and tell him this,or why dont you phone nhs direct as they are trainned nurses heres the number give it a try and its all private and confidential good luck. ...08454647

You need to get medical advice , i understand your dad is stressed and you dont want to bother him but i am sure he will understand i would tell him and he could take you to the hospital , you really do need to seek medical advice , good luck i am sure eveything will be fine
