this answer to a question will tell u more

Try a larger tampon if stuff is still coming out. As long as the string is on the bottom it's in the right way.

if the string was coming out the end thats at the bottom then it was in ok, but the fluid that came out m,ite just have been a self cleaning thing that vagina's do

exercise wont make you feel sick~ tampons you cant really put them in wrong, ~make sure you took the last one out first, ~liquid does stay around tampons usually brown old blood thats all, ~so as long as you havent left a tampon in there for many hours you probably just got a bug~

Don't worry girl you just need to eat more healthy food thats why thats happening.

you would be better using a sanitry towel they are much safer, also a tampon can give you a sense of being safe, but can be left in too long and can cause toxic shock syndrome and make you very sick indeed.there is often a build up of fluid or blood that can no longer be absorbed by a tampon so do not worry about that.just change to pads and you can monitor the flow of blood and know when to change.dont forget you will bleed to different intensities depending on where you are in your period.if you still have worries speak to a health worker,or visit you doctors ond speak to a nurse.good luck

periods can make you nauseus, however i'm concerned about you using tampons, it's also a sogn of the first stages of toxic shock from using tampons.

make sure you only do very lite excesise, and as for putting the tampons in wrong well if you stand over the toilet and lean forward a little bit push the tampon up inside and make sure that the string is hanging out side of your vagina, then you can push the tampon rite up inside as long as you leave the string that you can get hold of it to pull out later, it will go up in the rite place, push it up as far as you can, it really want hurt, it will only go so far but make sure you can get hold of the string, and the string is hanging out side of your vagina, if you find that it hurts when you try to put it in put a little Vaseline on the tip of the tampon. will make it easy to push up inside. but remember don't leave a tampon in for to long without changing them because that is not good. can cause toxic shock and as for the sickness that is common. but try to eat sensible and don't go without food. and drink plenty of fluids get plenty of sleep. and as for tampons i myself realy don't think they are healthy better of wearing pads and especially going to bedm when my daughter went to the doctors because she was feeling sick he told her to stop wearing tampons and to use pad that way it is so much healthy and never ever to wear tampons to bed
