I lost my virginity very young following sustained sexual mistreatment as a child. I used sex as a method of self harm for many years. In my head sex was my punishment for being dirty and making these people do these things to me.
When I was doing these things my Mum told me that sex was crap if is was not with someone you loved. I laughed at her then but now happily married can confirm it is totally true but some how it is not half as important any more.
i was 17...that sh*t opened me up to a whole new world lol...we did it cause I wanted to. Id say now it has a positive effect on me because I know alot now that i didnt then, but luckily i havent caught any life threatening diseases or anything. But my experience has taught me alot, as well as relationships falling into it...
I was 17, it was not forced at all and it was the best choice I made in regard to my sex life. He is now my best friend, after dating for 5yrs then breaking up very easily. I was in love and had 100% trust in him. It def had a positive effect on my mental state and emotional growth.
17-of course it was voluntary. He wanted it but it was def also voluntary on my part. I guess it was a positive experience & was positive at the time, I just wish it was w/ the guy I'm with now. But that's a part of knowing when you're ready, to know you can deal with the results whether things go well or not down the road.
I am 19 and I am still a virgin. But, judging from most of my friends experiences just make sure you choose the right guy, and that you feel as comfortable as possible. If you are sure about those factors then it will be an unforgettable non-regretful experience. Since I am a child of God I choose to wait for marriage. If you are still a virgin I suggest you do too! Your body is a temple of God, and by right only your husband should be able to share that experience with you so that it could be special. If every and any other guy recieved what your husband has, what makes the marriage or relationship any different.......... papers?
I was 14 and i hated it because it was so painful and it took almost a year before i had sex again.It was voluntary.It actually had both effects on me,i know that sounds strange.
