Anti-Persperant and Night time?!

I'm not sure where you got the idea you are supposed to put on antiperspirant at night. The Japanese have the right idea, I believe and that is to take a shower in the evening. That way, when you go to bed, you are clean and you are ready for work the next day.

If you use the right antiperspirant, there is no need to put it on the next day because it will last all night, the next day, and till you shower the next night.

If you are relying on antiperspirants that you buy in the local stores, that won't happen. If you go to: www.healthline.cc (not .com) and buy the "ozonated gel," it has NO chemicals and other garbage in it, but is very pure and will last up to 3 days if you don't shower. It's quite incredible and unlike the other products on the market, will not harm you in any way. All the other deodorants, etc. rely on Aluminum Chlorhydrate to do the masking of odors. This is a heavy metal that ends up in your thyroid. It doesn't cause cancer, but it does promote it and will affect your thyroid gland that is a soft tissue gland that absorbs all heavy metals like Aluminum.

good luck

why cant u wear deoderant at night if you want too...there is a false rumor that anti perspirant deaoderant causes cancer..it does not..its false..myth, rumor, farce

I never put it on at night, I put it on after a shower, otherwise it won't work. Put it on as often as you want, it won't hurt to have a little extra.

I don't use deodorant at night unless I am going somewhere. If I'm just going to bed, there's no point in putting it on unless you aren't going to shower in the morning.

And yes, if you do shower in the morning, you will need to reapply.

It probably won't be effective if you shower and wash your armpits during your shower. If you use those really thick, white kinds that are super long-lasting, I sometimes feel like those stick on when I'm scrubbing, but with enough washing they come off, and even if they did stay on, they would lost most of their ability to fight perspiration. So you can wear deodorant to bed, but you should reapply it after you shower to get the most protection.

yeah i dont' think that will work b/c you're basically washing off the deodorant when you shower in the morning.
if u shower in the morning, just apply deodorant afterwards :]
i don't think it really matters when u put on deodorant

I have read that regularly using anti-perspirants at night will reduce the amount of sweat that you make. But it would wash off with a morning shower, so just put some more on afterwards.

You should put it on everytime after you shower. Most people I know use it in the morning so they are fresh when they start their day.

The only time I've heard that you need to put it on at night is if you have an excessive sweating problem, but even then it will wash off after you shower and you have to put it back on.

Better safe than sorry (and smelly) so just keep on piling that deodorant/antiperspirant on morning and night if you want!!!!

i assume that if you want to put it on at night or in the morning its fine. but if you put it on at night and again in the morning make sure you wash your arm pits before re-applying. this is very important to help your skin breathe!

Once you wash your armpit, you wash of the aniperspirant as well. I take my showers at night, but will sometimes re-apply anit perspirant in the morning. It is supposed to work 24 hours, but some people are different and may require more or less. My brother seemed to need deoderant like 3 times a day and I know he used it after he showered. It was gross, I don't know how he deals with it. So if you shower in the morning, apply your antiperspirant and if you feel sticky at night, apply more.

why do u need it at night? if you wash it off then it wont work. apply when u get outta the shower. plz.
