1. Drink ONLY water. This is a major help

2. STOP eating the second you get full...even if you only have 2 bites of food left.

3. Do about 15-30mins. of cardio daily. Just break a good sweat.

Bonus: Do a few crunches a day to tone up what you're losing. It's quite simple.

well it all depnds on whether or not you even need to lose the weight. How old you are, metabolism fast or slow, athletic, out of shape, etc. If you are like me, in descent shape, fast metabolism early 20s, hit the treadmill and eat fruits and vegetables with 1 serving of red meat a month for iron as well as multivitamin. Don't do anything drastic eating disorders are not cute.

with diet and exercise you can lose 10 lbs by then. try cutting out sodas and sugary drinks, and get a small fry instead of a medium fry. subtle changes help a lot. doctors say losing 2 lbs a week is safe, and its 5 weeks till feb 10th, so you can safely lose 10lbs by then

You can, but, it won't be pleasant. Lots of exercise (daily), dancing would at least be a fun way. Eat lots of vegetables, fruit, take vitamins, and stay under 1500 calories a day.

South Beach or Atkins diet and workout like a madman. You're not that heavy so the last few pounds will be difficult.

eat a heathly diet of fruits and veggies and grains, oh fiber too, also meat by the way. Excersice daily for 60 minutes or more. Excersice different parts each day then you should have your wanted weight or you might just gain weight (i.e. muscle mass and lose the fat)

Hi .... a reduction of 500 calories a day for 1 week = 1 pound lost......a combo of caloric reduction and the addition of exercise
( using more calories ) such as walking running aerobics etc.... should allow you to lose about 2.5 pounds a week....DO NOT DO THE STARVATION BIT ! it is effective for only a short time and is not healthy at all. good luck !

Very easy. Only eat chicken, egg whites, and vegies. Drink no calories meaning water only. Workout every day only cardio. 4 days out from the end go get some pms tea to help take the last of the water out of you. on the day before the end stop drinking water completely. Use hydroxycut throughout the whole month. Eat nothing after 6pm execpt water. Set your watch every hour nibble on some chiken or have a hard boiled egg white only. Every hour untill 6pm.
