Monthly?????!

Question: im 13 and on the 4th of july (2007) i went to the bathroom and noticed a little red dot in my underwear and so i thought my period was coming along. BTW i never got it yet and so i thought i was gonna get it soon and ever since that I never got anymore red dots or nething.
any ideas of wen ill get my period?????

also it's probably a warning it coming very soon. i no u said you hadn't had it yet but there is a slight chance it's coming
