i worry alot about my health too and im only 17 aswell so i no how you feel . wen i get weird rashes or wateva i think i have like meningicocle or something like that. anyway i find it helps wen i stop myself thinking the bad stuff take deep breaths and just speak calmly to myself. it does work u just gotta stay calm. try not to work yourself up too much. iv had many sleepless nights doing the same thing. but deep breaths and a calm positiv thinking does help

Eat properly, exercise, get plenty of sleep. An overall healthy lifestyle. Have regular check ups with your general practitioner and gynecologist. Find more activities that interest you. Also hang around upbeat, positive people, that will lift your up, not bring you down. Everyone goes through some health issues from time to time. Just do the best you can as I have listed above, and get your mind on some positive things! Worrying will not add to your life but take away from it, so get out and enjoy it to the fullest. If you still have problems after what I have suggested, perhaps speaking to a therapist would help you. Best to you! :)
