What does it mean to have an irregular period?!

Question: How irregular does your period have to be for it to count as being irregular. I get my period sometimes every 28days and some months will get it 2 or 3 days later. It is always 6 days long. Would this still count that my period is pretty much regular or would this even be irregular because a lot of times its like 2 days later or so.

This should still count as regular. Most women's periods will vary a few days for their start date each month. To have irregular periods means that you can go months without one or that you can't really predict when its going to start.

I would keep a calendar with the start dates of your periods and take it to your gyno or gp if you become concerned. I have irregular periods and there are ways that they can help you get your cycles under control.

No, you would not be considered irregular. No woman has her period exactly every 28 days. It actually sounds pretty regular to me.

for the most part your pretty regular, nothing to worry about as many things can cause you to be off a day or two including stress and diet!

Regular is whatever your average is plus or minus five days each side. So you can have it up to five days early or five days late from your usual 28 days, and still have it counted as normal.
