Also sometimes when I wipe I must not get all the pee as some stays in my panties is that safe or not?

It may sound "gross" and "unconventional" but there are no problems with doing what you are doing. Alot of people will say otherwise, based on instinct. But your wetness and some pee will not warrant any infection or such.

if you wear a really thin panty liner you could just change that when necessary....otherwise, I would change your panties if you get anything in them...just for sanitary reasons...good luck!
Change your panties any time they become damp. Also, always wear panties with cotton crotches.

definately change your panties because it can leave way for bacteria and fungus to grow, The yellow stuff is not safe either. Clean yourself and change your underwear. If you don't want to change your underwear all the time, then put a panty-liner in them and change the panty-liners.
