It takes time to heal after surgeries and proceedures. I would ask the doctor when it's ok to resume normal daily activities. You do not have to ask about the masturbation itself but it will be included in the general statement.

To all those who think this woman did something selfish, think before you are angry. Maybe this child had a kidney disorder and would not have lived outside the womb, maybe the life this child would have would have been the poorest quality, maybe this mother is just too young or has other issues to prevent her from caring for the child (including throughout her pregnancy) appropriately. Passing judgement is not right, especially when you do not know.

I wish you the best and hope that you will have a wonderful life and remember that your choice was yours alone no matter what anyone thinks.

I'd say so. I'd probably avoid inserting anything for a while longer, but go for the clitoral stimulation.

PS, thank you for choosing to not bring another unwanted child into the world. =o)

I would suggest that you wait a bit longer.. depending on how 'vigorous' you are pleasuring yourself you could cause some irritation and perhaps do a bit of damage. Check with your doctor for your particular time frame for recovery.

Don't see why not. Go for it. And to be crude, at least you won't get pregnant masterbating. That's a tough thing to go through isn't it? My friend actually had several and while I didn't agree with her having them, I was behind her all the way. She's 44 now with 3 beautiful children and she's happily married. I'm sure you have now explored other birth control possibilities and learned a valuable lesson, so I'm not gonna be the one to lecture you. I'm sure you don't wanna hear it. I support you anyway, just as long as you make good choices for the future. hang in there! Good Luck!
