Why are my cramps so bad?!
Question: I never have bad cramps...
But for some reason, I started about 30 min ago && Ive had cramps that wont go away..
I feel like crying.
They hurt so bad...
Any suggestions???

Ibuprofen works better than anything. and if you have them next month or they become a problem, start taking it a day or so before your period is to start. This product was not available in the 1960, and omg. I had cramps that every single month, I was in bed.... literally in bed, and missing classes.... Wonder product for cramps.
As well, lo dose bc pills will lessen horrid cramps. See your doc.
aww i know how ya feel!
all ya need to do is just get in a hot bath and sit there for a while.
bananas, apples, and tea help with cramps, so does a hot bath, or taking a walk
