Perhaps you could ask another female relative?
Your mother should still be communicating with you enough to meet your needs - she shouldn't be shouting to the point where you can't talk to her about such stuff - that's abusive and she should have somebody talk to her as it's unnacceptable to treat you like that.

If you don't feel comfortable with ur mom ask ur dad. Say dad i need some extra cash for some personal female stuff. most of the time they won't ask questions after that. Or aask another female family member. I'm sure they will be more than happy to help u out.
just make sure that your nice to her, depending on your age, this could be difficult, me and my mom really didnt have a close relationship either, and she does yell quite a bit, but when your mom yells, just bite your tounge(not too hard)lol, and listen to what she is saying, if you dont argue back , everything will go smoother, ....then ask, shes a woman she knows what your gonna need, if she does yell about it , or if you dont want to go to her, go to an aunt, or older female cousin....
well if i had a bad relationship with my mom, before i asked for anything i would try to help our relationship. Try anything, I know a friend that has friends better than her mom, if thats the problem, i would ask nicely and when shes in a good mood. That should help a bit. I rlly hope i helped.

Maybe you could ask her to go to a professional bra fitting with you in a bra shop or department store.,
Or ask for an appointment! no really but, try and talk to her about your feelings, maybe write a letter- she cant get mad then, she might just be tired all the time - being a doctor is hard work eh? long hours?
