Don't buy the gel. It won't help, I'm sure. The only way to get 'tighter' is to do pelvic floor exercises. The vaginal 'tube' itself is not loose or tight. It's just the muscles around it. The vagina has folds in it so it can stretch for any occasion, eg. childbirth. As long as you tighten the muscles around it, that is what causes looseness or tightness.
Your b/f sounds rude to me too. Talking like that to a g/f might have got him dumped, if he'd been with someone else.
Anyway, good luck with the exercises if you want to do them. Here's a page with info. about them.

your an active little bugger arent you?

He is certainly no gentleman to say that to you.

I doubt that you have made any difference to your size by having frequent sex. I also doubt that there is any gel that could make a difference.

Maybe your response should have been to him - "Maybe you have shrunk?"

That would have shut him up. In any case he should practice being polite to the girl he loves.
