Ok.. who's ready to help me??!


Question: First of all, I'm trying to quit smoking.. I have ordered thos magnets for my ear, and I'm hoping they work. I can quit smoking on my own, I just need a little help.... Second, I started taking Slimquick to start losing some weight. Any ideas besides a sensible diet (already doing) to hurry up the process. I am lazy, and the thought of working out makes me tired... HAHA! Ok, last, but not least, I am trying to grow out my hair. Are there any vitamins out there that will make it grow faster? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

hair- take a good multi-vit or a prenatal vitamin
smoking- patience is a must, expect to screw up but do not let it make you stop trying to stop
weight loss- eat only WHOLE FOODS, no processed crap and stay away from caffine. The more fresh veggies the better. Limit the fruit, lots of sugars in them, even though they are natural they can hurt ya.

Prenatal vitamins are great for growing hair and nails.

Slimquick is a waste of your money. Just try eating sensibly (NO processed foods or drinks). If you drink nothing but water and herbal tea, and eat nothing that has a nutrition label on it, then you will lose weight really fast and you don;t have to think about it. When you are shopping for food, all the healthy stuff is on the peripheral of the store, not in the aisles. If you don't go down any of the aisles, then you'll have a much easier time.
