Yes. I am 33 and never had cramps until I was 25. I never understood what other women were complaining about until I got cramps. It seems like they get worse for me each time I have a period. I use a heating pad when convient and take Midol or Pamprin. It helps.
As I got older, my cramps got worse, but I'm only 19.
I am 46 and mine are much worse than they were at 31. Once, I almost passed out, they were so bad.
Yes, for me (I'm 20) and my aunt, our cramps got worse in our 20's. On thanksgiving, I ended up curled up in a ball on the couch all alone, they've gotten so bad. Your body changes about every 7 years.
Oh you might want to get checked for endometriosis & uterine fibroids & other things that could be causing a sudden worsening of your cramps.
