Question: im a teenage chick and my vagina is usually moist not dripping moist but inside moist sometimes its whiteish i do think of sex every day but that doesnt mean im turned on...is this normal or should i have a dry one?

Yes it is normal for it to be moist. It will always be moist. Its a part of being a female. When you are turned on it becomes "wet". You will no the difference.

Yes your vagina should stay damp. That just means that your vagina is keeping it's self clean, you sound healthy!!
yes its normal,mine is moist too,if it were dry youd be scratching down there to beat the band.the vagina is constantly moist,this makes it easy for a gal to have intercourse,heaven help the couple who try and her vagina is dry! ouch!
