they will ask if you are married, and if yes, not too much except if you ever had a STD or if her has in the past
if you are single they will ask if you are sexually active, be honest

I doubt that they will ask names. However they will more than likely ask you how many partners you have had. It's in your best interest to just answer all questions honestly even if they are "uncomfortable".

yes they ask you personal stuff but it's not like their going to go behind your back and tell everyone. They need to know certain stuff. They will ask you if your sexaully active, and if you have any stds and just stuff like that. Their there to help you so you should try to be as honest as you can.
