Kind of a weird question but if you have regular periods?!
Question: if your periods are lets say 28 days, but one month you have a 32 day cycle. would your cycle stay at 32 or would go back to 28.

I'm exact every 28 days most of the time, but it has happened to me 3 times already that I've gotten it at 32 days. After that happened it went back to 28! Hope this helps u.

It would probably stay at 28 there may have been a bioloigical shift in your body and it should go back. But everyone's body is different so only a few more periods will tell.
It will probably normalize and go back to 28 or close to it. 28 to 32 days is not that different. So many things could have caused the delay such as exercise, stress, medication, etc. If your period changes like you experience abnormal cramping or more bleeding than usual, see a doctor.

Most likely, your cycle will go back to 28 since it seems to be the most common with you.....but, even if you've had a period for a few years, your body is still adjusting to the hormonal changes and can go from regular to irregular without reason.
