These questions would best be addressed by a doctor who can check you for specific things that would make it good or bad for you to be on the pill. The pill isn't right for everyone, but it is good for some people. Yes, you must go to the doctor. There are certain risks with the pill, that while not something that happens often, still need monitoring. The pill is good for a variety of reasons, including to help regulate the period, to help the period be lighter, to minimize PMS symptoms, or to prevent pregnancy. Some will make you gain weight, some will not, but this is mostly dependant upon the individual as everyone responds to the pill differently. There are also a variety of pills and some people take some better than others.

Thirteen is when you can begin.
Yes, it's necessary to see a doctor
because they are the ones who purscribe you.
Your periods get more regular, you dont get
as bad as cramps, and your periods are a bit lighter.
no, there is no weight limit/minimum

It's not uncommon for girls as young as 14 to be prescribed birth control.
A doctor has to write you a prescription, at least in america (not in mexico or canada I don't believe). your general physicin can presribe it but you're better off having it prescribed by an OB/GYN as they are more knowledgeable of all the various types and side effects.
Changes... umm, it can make you gain weight, lose weight or neither. It can make your boobs bigger, cramps and period flow lighter, and... I think that's it. Oh, less acne.

Birth control is prescription, so you shuld go to the doctor to ge them.

I don't think you could be allergic to pills with the same hormones as when you are pregnant. lol But i'm sure it's possible.

You could gain weight, you boobs might get bigger, you might get moody, you might loose your sex drive.

There is no minimum weight.

lol Hope this helps.

I would definately say the best time to start taking birth control is as soon as you become sexually active. a form of birth control is a condom. As far as the pills it would be best to go see your doctor because they have to have your medical history in order to provide you with the birth control that is right for you. For me my changes were somewhat different. I would miss my menstral cycle, actually it threw it out of whack. I know there are some pills out there that cause less flowing. As for the weight, there are many types of birth control pills that no matter what weight you are there is one out there that is right for you. Society wants to encourage people to use birth control for so many reasons that they are coming up with birth control pills that fits a variety of people.
