Both the soreness and discharge would more likely be due to the hormones that will trigger a period. If you have a 28 day cycle, at most you would be only about 7-10 days pregnant. Implantation just occured maybe 3 days ago, and it's unlikely the pregnancy hormones would have reached concentrations high enough to trigger any kind of physical symptoms. While you might be pregnant, it would still be way too early to be able to guess based on symptoms. Sorry, but for the best answer you will just have to wait another 7 days and then use a pregnancy test.
No! sign of pain in the breast is a sign to say your period is coming.. and discharge is also commen also, maybe your period is coming early! dont worry about it.
This could just be signs of your period coming. Wait until you miss a period before thinking you are pregnant & then take a test.
