I swear by motrin for that time of the month!! For some reason nothing else works better for me, not even my prescription from my dr....Try motrin, its great!

Tylenol. Don't take asprin or asprin related meds, they thin your blood and make your period longer. You should also look into accupressure, no meds and it works quick! You can do it to yourself.
