I hate it when 8,9, or 10 year olds get their period!?!

Question: they think they are soooo grown up and it annoys me! they also think that they are adults but they are barley teenagers! and they have huge boobs and all of the guys want to date them! the boys dont even notice me! i am a late bloomer so i think all you early bloomers are soooo lucky!

anyone agree?

yeah in a way.
just think about it they have to live with their periods for a couple more years than you... trust me it is NOT fun!
and they are just dumb... having your period doesnt make you grown up... its how you act (and obviously your age!!???!!!)

but you will "bloom" soon enough and you can rub it in all those stupid boys little faces when they want to date you now becuase you have bigger boobs... and you say NO! hahaha

Is this a question?

it doesnt make much diffrence cause i dont know any 8,9,10 yr olds with there period, it must be pretty awful for them being the odd one out. I havent started my period yet but im a kinda early bloomer, i suppose im average

Hey if you need to have big boobs to call the attention of guys then those guys are morons, with the time you will find some guy who loves you for what you are, not for the size of your bra.

im late to& it does get annoying!

i disagree. i don't think you realize how scary it is for that to happen at such a young age. i started when i was 10, and its no fun. none of your friends are going thru it, so you have no one to talk to about it. plus i stopped growing sooner than most. and anyway at that age, guys don't pay attention to you, i never got tons of attention from boys. trust me just because its a road to womanhood doesn't mean its cool or anything, i think all the girls who didn't get it till they were 13 or so are way luckier. they got to be kids longer.

Naturally a sense of maturity and responsibility will kick in for some, but not EVERY 8, 9, or 10 year old acts all "grown up" as you say when they first get their period.

Getting it for the first time, especially at that young of an age, is sometimes a slightly traumatic experience because they don't know what to expect. I'll tell you from first hand experience, I got my period at 9 - and it was scary. Of course I knew what it was, but I didn't know what to do. And I didn't, not once, act like I was 'all that' just because I got my period. So I have to disagree with you.

Just because they bloomed earlier than you, doesn't mean you have a right to throw an immature hissy fit over something that those girls got before you. Sooner or later, you'll bloom and you'll start attracting boys yourself.

Edit - No no no: you didn't offend me sweetie. If I came across as a bi.tch, I apologize.

Don't take it personally. It's not a race, you'll be fine.
