Question: I'm experiencing hallacunating of my fears,my heart hurting very much,feeling very hot,and going crazy.I'm very stressed and always hear my moms complaints while she just ignores mine and doesnt care.I start complaning when no ones there.Im not 40 or anything at all near that.

this isnt normal...stress makes the situation worse

That sounds very weird I would recommend going to see your doctor!! Hope you feel better =]
it could just be your body's hormone levels changing, i mean more that they usually change during your period. also, if you are taking any pills for cramps and period symptoms it may be a weird reaction to those. i can't take pamprin or midol anymore because something in them pushes me completely off my rocker. i'd wait out this period without taking anymore medications and if it happens again in the next coupple periods talk to a doctor.
Bad news...
It definitely seems like you have a bad case of someone put LSD on your tampon.
What you need to do is get rid of all your current tampons/pads and buy new ones. There's no telling which ones may be tainted.
Make sure you douche 3 times a day for at least 3 days. The LSD residue clings to the vaginal skin and seeps into the blood stream.
Good luck, and no sex for at least a week.
I dont know what to say except if you were here I'd love ,and rub you until all your problems went away.
This is normal for the time being . Take care of your hyigene by using good stuff / pads
when i first read morlock's answer i wanted to report him, but then i read your question again, he might be right (im not kidding). may be its not LSD but it could be something. get your self checked soon, and I hope you will get well soon
