Had sex for first time completely drunk - now completely freaked out?!
Question: I can't even remember everything. Most of it is a blur. I just feel so hollow and empty inside. It's all my own fault I know. Now I have to go through life knowing my first time was with a complete stranger. We didn't even know each others names when we woke up! I probably won't even hear from him again. I know what a ridiculously stupid thing it was to do to get so drunk. I don't even think it was protected sex so now I scared that I might pregnant...Are the chances pretty low of me getting pregnant from just one time? ....... I might even have a STD. My own stupidity amazes me. Any advice would be great. Please don't reply just to say what an idiot I am. I already know this.

Don't worry yourself sick already! If you stress yourself out then you will delay your period from worrying and then you'll be worrying even more. Mistakes happen, no one is perfect. You can always go to a doctor in the next few weeks if you feel you contracted an STD, but I highly doubt it. Your not stupid, you just made a foolish decision and the alcohol enhanced it. it only takes one time to get pregnant or catch an std. as most people will say, go to a doctor and get checked for everything. i wish u luck.
Go to your local Urgent Care or other clinic. Explain what happened to one of the nurses. They see this all the time and can advise you on what to do as far as STD testing and options regarding a possible pregnancy. Go ASAP! You will feel better after, not only because of the medical care but because this is a step towards being more proactive and responsible in your life. I wish you good health and good luck. you should run out and get the plan b morning after pill, if your 18 you can buy it at rite-aide, walgreens any drugstore. its like $50 bucks but cheaper than a kid and yes you could be pregnant.
Alcohol tends to paralyze judgment. Especially when it comes to sex. Its your fault why you drank but its not your fault if you didn't consent.... If you feel you were raped you need to notify the police ASAP. But if you did consent, its just another drunken act of sex. Alcohol plays a major part in peoples decision making when it comes to sex. Your not alone. I have made numerous mistakes (while drinking) that I regret the next morning. I hated myself just as you do but you know what, You are human and you are allowed to make mistakes. I know its tough to accept the fact that your first time was with a stranger but hey at least the hard part if over. Now you don't have to remember what the pain feels like :) The next time you have sex make sure its with someone special so that way you can say its your first time with someone you love. Now regarding the Pregnancy, I would have went and got the morning after pill. U can take it up to 72 hours after unprotected sex. In a week or two after you get your period, I would go to the gyno and get tested for everything. Even HIV. Then in 6 months go back and get tested again. Dont worry sweety, you may be down in the dumps right now but you live and learn. If we didn't make mistakes we wouldn't be able to learn from them.

Did he consent?
You are not an idiot. You are not the first to be in the situation you are in. If I were in your shoes I would go to planned parenthood, or an ob-gyn for a complete check on all those things. You can't usually diagnose an std and you need to check on it.
