I get these big bumps under my breast in like the middle of them? what could it !

Could be just acne. Maybe you need to clean more. Could be your bra irritating you. Could be yeast. Altho it sounds like acne.

If it is painful those are abscesses/boils. You may need to go to the doctor to get a breast exam just to see if you have a breast infection. He would just drain them and put you on some antibiotics. Go to the doctor so they don't leave you with scars.
