Question: Don laugh at me LOL


I do trampolining, and have doen for years, In the past year It seems everytime i do it i we tmyself a good lot and I don't know why! I got to the toilet as much as I can while i'm there but it doesnt help. It's not as if I'm scared or anything. What could be wrong. ?

Exercising your pelvic floor muscles for just 5 minutes, three times a day can make a big difference to your bladder control. Exercise strengthens muscles that hold the bladder and many other organs in place.

I think this might be called stress incontinence. You should do some pelvic floor exercises to tighten up the muscles in that area. Good luck

You need to do some pelvic floor exercises!!

You need to do some serious pelvic floor exercises. Your muscles are obviously not as strong as they used to be. Go to your doctors, they will give you some tips how to do this.!

Sounds like your a little incontinent - it's quite common. Go speak to your GP. In the meantime keep doing those pelvic floor exercises to tone up the muscles.

do u have kids if so then this is prob the prob like when u sneeze and sometimes that happens

Its probably just that the muscles controlling your bladder are weak, and the strain of jumping on the trampoline (or maybe coughing or laughing hard?) causes them to relax too much allowing a little urine to escape... do lots of pelvic floor excercises to strengthen them up, that should help.

If you're a girl (i'm assuming) and it's just something you can't seem to stop, and it only comes out a little, try wearing a pad, although it'll probably be uncomfortable trampolining, maybe panty liners?
