It will make itself regular in time. It is very normal. It is just adjusting and your body is too. Cramps are a big part of it and they hurt, try midol or motrin for the cramping. Congrats on becoming a woman
thats just how it is with some women sweety... for the pain, try midol, it helps ^-^
it's normal to have heavy periods the first time. take midol and use a heating pad.most ppl say caffeine should be avoided during ur period but it actually helps me but its different for evrybody. you'll know whats best for you as you get used to these. also chocolate helps me feel better 2. good luck, girl:)
Its just cause it needs to get regular. Give it a few months, or it even takes a few years to get it on a normal schedule, just be patient. :D
my first period lasted around 7 days but dont worry some people do have heavy periods some even loose little clots aswell if your in to much pain take pain killers like paracetamol or anadin dont worry its all normal if worried thou speak to your mum
Anything goes on a first period, and your cycle won't be regular for quite a while, years maybe. My first period lasted 3 months. It went from heavy to light. Lots of cramps. I was miserable. You can take any one of the pain medication specifically for periods, or an anti-inflammatory. It doesn't matter which one you use, so ask your pharmacist which one is cheapest. Just be a little careful they are hard on the stomach, so eat when you take them.
