How can you make your breasts smaller?!
Question: Is there a way to do it? Ever since I've gone on the pill, my breasts have enlarged a lot & they're very sore. I need to go bra shopping now....when I take off my bras, they feel like bowling balls!! I'm not overweight but can losing weight make them smaller? Any exercises that'll help? I know, everyone wants to make theirs bigger but I can't run w/out them hurting & they sag b/c it's like they're balloons filled w/ water :(

Having large breasts are annoying at best. Losing weight helps. If you go to a gym there are some machines that work the chest. It's how men get their pecks (the muscly man boobs).
Breast tissue is mostly fat. Usually losing weight will help, but if you aren't overweight, then I'm thinking get off the pill. Make the guy use a condom. Better than you consuming all those hormones.
