Question: Hi!!! I've recently found a spot like thing on my ladies parts. Its really sore like a really sore spot but its hard andquite large! I am not sexually active and i have never had sexual intercourse!! what is it! please help! im really worried and only 14!!

As others have rightly said, it may be an infected hair follicle or small boil.
You mention that it is large and hard however? Is it right at the entrance to the vagina rather than on the outer lips? If so you could have an infection in the Bartholins gland that is situated there....this is a very common problem and although very uncomfortable, is not serious. You really need to make an appointment with your GP for diagnosis. If there is any infection then a short course of antibiotics should solve the problem. In the mean time take some painkiller such as paracetamol to ease the discomfort.
Sounds like a cyst.
It could just be an ingrown hair or a pimple or boil, soak in warm water, try to pop it & put some antibiotic ointment on it. If not better, then see a doctor.

could be a pimple, boil or ingrown hair. use a warm compress or take a warm bath and keep the area clean. it'll take a few days but it will go away on it's own.
hi hun.if you shave or wax down there it could be an ingrowing hair.if not it could just be a cyst.you need to go to the doctors either way and get some cream for it.i get these very often(have one now)and they hurt.but if you dont treat it(like i didnt) they will keep coming back.

If you have never been sexually active it is likely to be a harmless cyst of some type. Make an appointment with a female doctor to get it checked out as any lump in that area can be very painful!
If it's around hen it could be an ingrown hair, if it's on it then I would suggest going to the doctor.

Just sounds like you have got an infection from some little scratch and you will probably need antibiotics - you will need to go to Docs to get a prescription.

there will a nurse attached to your doctors surgery who will be happy to take a look.. dont worry she does this kind of thing every day .
Sounds just like a boil or a cyst. This is like a pus filled sac that normally develope from an infected hair follicle. Just keep area clean and put ante-septic cream on it. If it continues to be sore or gets any bigger then see your GP.
sounds like a sebaceous cyst
sometimes caused by a blocked pore or infected hair follicle
nothing to fear i usually put a hot flannel on them and they go within a few days .if its very red and sore visit your doc for some anti biotics
well i don't know if you have shaved your pubes ...if u did maybe due to close shaving ingrown hairs turn into pimples or in occasions a cyst..continue checking on it's growth and level of pain...if it doesn't pop in a certain time go to the doctor.... stay calm ...have a nice day
