Has anyone ever done the special k challenge?!

Question: i am now the weight i was when i was pregnant 7 yrs ago! i kind of hope i am 9 months pregnant then theres my answer for so much weight gain...

I have never done the Special K challenge but have heard about others who have that had pretty good results.
