Are you sure you aren't getting your period? Have you already started? If not then it's time and that is definitely a sign. If you have already started then it's possible you aren't regular and that you are going to start soon anyways. Also remember you are still growing. At 12 I didn't have boobs. At 13 I had them and didn't know what to do with them. At 14 they were bigger and I wore sport bra's. I think I got my first real bra at a size C when I was 15. I'm 18 and I wear a DD and I'm done growing! So that's probably all it is if it isn't your period.

Take some Ibuprofen(Advil) if it's a bother. If they are super painful then tell your mom or your school nurse and see if you can get a doctor appointment.

Probably gonna start going thru puberty?

if your not sexually active and no chance of a pregnacy i wouldnt worry to much about it honey. your cycles are probably just a little out of whack!your hormones are going through changes through your teen years and periods will probably be off schedule. just wait and see if your just running late this month. sore boobs are probably an indication that your period will arrive soon!!

Sometimes your diet can affect the way your boobs feel. If you eat a lot of salty foods, it can cause water retention, which will make your boobs swell or feel hard. Eating too many sweets can do the same thing.

Try to eat a healthier diet, and drink plenty of water to flush the bad stuff out of your body.

Sometimes your boobs hurt before you get your period, too... not just while you're on it.

Hang in there, it should be gone in a couple of days.
