How new are they? Either way you need to ask your doctor. Some doctors recommend massaging and some don't, and his work could be unique and if you massage if he's told you to you might ruin it. I never massaged mine and they are very very soft, I can't even feel the implant.
If you got them in the last 3 months, the tightness is normal. You can't speed it up. After a year they will be much softer.
If the procedure it more than 2 years old, you may be developing scar tissue, and you definetley need to make an appt with your doctor. He may recommend massaging or surgery to remove the scar tissue.
Pay the price for your vanity!!!!
Just as your surgeon suggested (or should have!) - you need to massage 15 minutes at a time, at least twice a day.
