Collagin in zits? Fast!?!

Question: I have one of those god awful painful underground zits half on my nose, half on my cheek. it hurts alot and ive only noticed it for about 3 hours. i read in a magazine that you can have a dermatoligist inject one of those cyst like zits with collagen and it will go away in a few days... does anyone know if it will work? how much? tried it and have results to share?
