How do I prevent further hair loss?!

Question: Recently my hair has been thinning and a little more then normal of it has been has been failing out.

What should I do?
I'm a gal so I don't want to 'just go bald'.

This is a common sign of a vitamin defieciency, or you simply may not be eating enough or are losing weight at a very rapid pace. Then again, you did not mention your age & unfortunately some women do suffer thinning hair as a part of growing older. There is a wonderful product out there called Hairtopia that I have personally researched for several months for my own personal use & it is wonderfully reviewed by hundreds of women who have had thinning hair or would just like their hair & nails to grow longer & faster. Its an all natural variety of vitamins. You may also want to look into prenatal vitamins, as I know alot of women who experienced significant hair growth while taking them, myself included. I am not sure if the flood of hormones while pregnant contributed or not but there are many non pregnant women who swear by this.

My hair fell out in clumps after drastically cutting carbs out of my diet! Chunks! After both my kids, my hair fell out in chunks again. I started on Advair for asthma and my hair started falling out....It could be a variety of things....Age, hormones, diet...
