Please, honey...take it from me...I also used to be a 34B when I was 19....for years I wore a 34B, and I too always wanted to be a little bigger. After the birth of my children, I managed to "keep" a little and wore a 36B...still a B, but a full B. In 2006, my life changed completely when I found out I had breast cancer in both breasts. I was 42 years old. I had regular mammograms before this discovery. It was an aggressive cancer than had grown very quickly in under a year's time. I was able to have complete reconstruction after my double mastectomy and am now a 36C...a very full C. Please, sweetie, if you take any advice at all, ever, please take mine. Keep what you have and don't alter them. Don't undergo a surgery that may keep you from having a mammogram later in life, when it could make a life saving difference. I know sometimes we feel inferior, but as a result of cancer, I have no sensation at all anymore. And I really miss that part of my sexual life. I miss how my real breasts felt and moved..(..these are bigger, not because I wanted them that way, they needed to be due to the large area that had to be removed)...but they are firmer. This is a result of something called capsular contracture. Essentially, scar tissue surrounds the implant and compresses it, resulting in a firmer breast. The implants do not last forever and will need to be replaced. Mine will forever be covered by insurance, but for cosmetic surgery for enlargement, you will have to pay every penny again.

At 19, I do think you're pretty close to being done growing, if not already. However, pregnancy will change the size of your breasts once you become a mother.

Everyday, I look in the mirror when I get out of the shower and see my scars. If it wasn't for that mammogram, I wouldn't be alive today. And a mammogram cannot be properly done with implants, if at all. Please reconsider any surgery and if you do decide to go that route, seek out several opinions, make sure your plastic surgeon is board certified and get some clear answers as to how this affects you when you get older regarding mammograms and replacement issues.

Best of luck to you and I'm sorry if I sounded preachy....I just care about all the young women out there and would never want any of you to go through what I had to endure. Please pass this along to your girlfriends, mom and any woman you care about. Remind them to get their annual mammogram.

Don't bother with the surgery. Just wear a padded bra.

NEVER let a doctor cut into your breasts unless you have a tumor or cyst. You are taking a huge gamble with your health all for the sake of having one cup size more? You have ample breasts, what you need to work on is your self esteem. In the meantime, there are bras that can make your bust appear fuller---they're padded and very comfortable. I would work on your body image though because that is what is most important.

Well, I'm 34B also. I have thought about bigger breasts, but never seriously considered altering them. After seeing a show about breast implants (they showed the actual surgery) I was so revolted that it completly knocked out any thought of implants. What works for me most is using padded bras, makeup on the chest to create the illusion of cleavage and shirts that compliment my body. Basically, I only have the "boobs" when I want them. :)

i'm a natural 36 DD, and i can tell you that bigger boobs are not better. backaches, trouble sitting up straight, creepy guys staring at them, and good luck finding a shirt that will fit right.

plus, the surgery is costly, a big medical risk, and you will have to have them redone every ten years or so. they are not permanent.

a 36 B is a great size, i would rather be that than my size.

There are no ways to make your breasts grow bigger without surgery. I don't reccommend it. I'm one of thise guys who prefer real ones. Guys can get fakes ones, it doesn't make them any more real. I prefer small breasts that are real than fake big ones.
