When I thought i could afford them and was researching, I spent a lot of time on that website. It seems that the pain afterwards varies significantly from woman to woman. It also seems to depend on factors like where they are (over or under the muscle), what type of incision (areola, under the arm, crease), and size of the implant. Some women say it hardly hurt, others said it was horrendous.

Well, it's surgery, so it's going to hurt.

I picked my sister up from the doctor when she got fake bo*bs and she was crying with pain. She laid in bed for 2 days and cried, cried, cried. Conversely, I had a C-section and was up and walking within a few hours. So I'm guessing that it hurt like a mofo.
