What is causing my periods to be lighter and shorter?!
Question: I have a 6 month old daughter. we are definately NOT trying to get pregnant again right now and I tested and it's negative. I have always had very heavy periods up until 2 months ago but now they are barely lasting 2 days and are not even heavy enough for a tampon. normally i would have to have a tampon and a pad it's so heavy. What could possibly be going on with me? I am not taking anything new or doing anything differant?

From what I've heard some of my friends who have had children say sometimes having a baby can change the way the periods occur. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well just in case a hormone imbalance could be playing in to this.
