Hymenotomy?!
Question: when does it stop bleeding? not gushing, more like spotting for two days now. Not sorry I had it, things are more comfortable just exceedingly sore.(if that makes any sense,haha-sore in a diff.way)
Also,is it necessary to wait 2-3 weeks before having sexual intercourse after the hymenotomy? doc took out alot of tissue maybe it does take the body that long to recuperate.

it is preferrable to wait 2-3 weeks so it can heal properly and to keep risk of infections down. The spotting will stop in a couple of days. Make sure to keep area very clean with antibiotic soap, no warm baths as that can infect area. No soaps with perfumes. It will be back to normal in a couple of weeks. U can take ibuprofen for discomfort and it will probably help better than tylenol. wishing you a speedy recovery!
It's a no-brainer. Follow your doctor's directions.
