Will my period effect ultrasound result?!

No, having your period won't affect the ultrasound at all. If they were going to do one with a vaginal probe, it would be messy and uncomfortable- but still possible and the results would be accurate. The transabdominal exam may be a bit uncomfortable if you feel bloated or are having cramps, but otherwise will be fine. Wear a pad, and let the technician know you are having your period, otherwise you can relax.
I can't imagine it will, but I would call the technician/nurse to ask anyway.
