I agree with you the exercises does make it worst.I throw up on almost every period sometime 4 times for the day.I have to take several pain killers or I will never get out of bed but the exercise thing doesn't work for me either.Different folks different stroke.

nope....the thing with all this medical advice....everyone is different! have you tried midol? i also find that ben & jerry's helps too...hehehe jk

You shouldn't be doing extreme sports during your period. Simple exercises like walking and jogging helps a lot.

Also, throwing up is perfectly normal for some people when they have their period. So, it is fine.

No, I don't think so. I'm on B.C. now but before I was on anything, I had cramps so bad I could barely get out of bed and I would just lay there writhing in pain. I have had cramps like that since I got my period when I was like 17 (24 now) so I know how you feel. My best friend throws up with her period but dosen't have cramps. Everyone is different and I know that exercise didn't really work for me. My mom said that when she was in college her cramps subsided a little because of walking around campus and stuff so much. She had cramps like I did too. So, I don't know. I hope you feel better soon though. God Bless.
