I know I'm not fat, but...?!


Question: My top half is normal no flabby fat or anything, normal shape, but from there down, my legs and hips are big! well, not that bad but every time I see my legs, I feel fat. They are pure muscle, I'm not even exadgerating, but my legs make everyone else's legs look like toothpicks. Am I fat? I'm 5'0 and 120.4 pounds. Give me your personal opinion. I don't mind if you say I am. I need honesty. And also how can I make my legs look better?

muscle is good
it's better to be muscular and heavier [muscle weighs more than fat]
than a toothpick with no muscle
it's healthy don't worry about it
i bet your really fast
or dance or something
whatever you do to gain all that muscle is much more important than being little!!

well if it is pure muscle you obviously aren't fat. I bet your legs look fine and you are just being a little paranoid. And also if your legs are really muscley why would you want to change them? I think instead of changing your body you should change how you think about your body. I bet you look great. So don't worry about it.

Take it from someone else who's legs are muscley huge, as long as thay are fat and flabby id say youre fine and im about the same weight but im 4 inches taller so.... there is a bit of a difference, but id say youre not fat and youre really concerened, try wearing stuff that doesnt make youre legs too big looking, like kneelength skirts that are like straight. You can wear A-line skirts, but not like kneelength pencil skirts and heels help too

doesn't sound fat sounds like ur a little insecure with ur body as long as u don't jiggle or have cellulite ur alright

To make your legs look better - - If you lift weights try using a lighter amount of weight for more repetitions to be more toned (slim) and less "bulky" .... however it sounds like you are just fine the way you are. I'd rather have curves/muscles than be a toothpick any day!

if you are seriously concerned, i would talk to a doctor or registered dietician. i don't know what you look like or what kind of fram you have. i also dont know how muscular you are or what your family members were like at your age. these are all important contirbuting factors to making hte decision to lose weight.

well i am kinda fat around there to but if you wear very tight skinny pants it makes your legs and hips look skinny
