Question: My blood pressure reading last night at the docs and remembering I was pretty warm was 136 is this normal blood pressure range? Doc says its fine but just checking

Yes. 136 is within normal limits. Anything below 140 is normal. That is to say that 136 is your systolic BP or the working phase of the heart. For your diastolic or resting heart rate any thing below 90 is within normal limits. You need to get the full reading "systolic and diastolic" in order to make a determination as to whether or not your blood pressure is in complete normal limits. 136 over ? doesn't quite give you the entire picture. Know what I mean?

Normal blood pressure is different for everyone, it depends on our age as blood pressure changes as we get older. Your doc knows better than us so believe him.
