Does this person have dependency issues?!

Question: we've had a long distance relationship for a while. I recently moved in with her and went home for Christmas. For the entire time (7 days), she slept at her parents house because she didn't want to sleep at home alone. She's pretty normal, really close with her family, and very clingy towards me. Like she can't go to bed if I'm not in the bed. LIke if I want to stay up a while. What do you think?

insecure, dependency. She needs to deal with this stuff. She needs to be able to learn how to occupy herself. It can ruin a relationship. That's needy and not independent. She should really try to go to a counselor and work this out, because there is a root to it. She can't always depend on others to not feel lonely. Its not fair to herself or to you.

Yes. It sounds like she needs to gain a little more confidence and independence.

SEVERE dependcy issues.

yes, it sounds as if she has some dependency issues. She needs to learn how to be more independant but that may be difficult for her to do, she may just need to find someone that has the same issues, you may not be the right person for her, I wouldn't try to change her, that never works

I don't think so. I myself have to hug a glove to bed ( lol, don't as why I hug a glove). Without the glove, I just cant seem to sleep. It's just something that makes me feel more safe at night. I think that goes for her too.

its question of independency but i can tell everything seems normal

Yes she definetly has dependancy problems you should try to help her out like spend a night out with the guys and see how she does maybe you could get her a gaint teddy bear and then spend a night out with the guys.
