"give in" cause its only for a few days at most that you feel like this and have those needs so indulge or go and get some vitamins but i know which i would prefer. go make yourself feel better it want hurt promise :o]

Attack all men!

Kill all men!

They are so obviously the cause of pms it hurts.

So eat chocolate and kill!

Honestly, besides Mydol, one of the best things you can do to releave the apparent cramps and mood, is to have sex. Studies have shown that this has proven to be the most effective method for temporary relief from PMS.

Sorry, my browser cut off your women-only thing before I answered so here is my modification after I posted. But my answer was indeed serious, so I hope maybe that helps.

I always find Lucasade (or however it's spelt) helps me. How about some oil of evening primrose too - that's good. Perhaps a nice little walk and a small treat for yourself too. Good luck - hope it wears off - you could always resort to some painkillers if it's really bad.

I jog.

It's BJ week! Pleasure your husband!

I take the day off, either get a massage or have a hot shower and sit with movies with no one else around. My time, my space.

go somewhere in the house where noone will see hear or even smell you. pms isnt bad for you, its bad for me cause now i need to put you in your place so hide!

Take Midol and eat as much of that chocolate as you can. I just had that last week and I just moped around all week It really stinks having that. I feel for you. I don't know what kind of work you have but maybe if they let you bring a heating pad and put it on your stomach. Good Luck.

i know periods suck. i know how you feel. i say take more midol and drink lots of water. eat your favorite chips, and more chocolate. maybe skittles, starbursts. periods are horrible. the pain, the headaches, the breast tenderness. many times i feel i am gonna die with it. but thank god for midol. seriously. hope that helps. also sleep more. sleep in an all quite area too. bathe with warm water. lay on your back too. and put a hot compress right below your bellow button. it will help a lot.

sorry im not a woman!
smoke a bong!

Eat chocolate!!!! Have a latte!!! Go shopping!!!!!! Curl up in bed with a good book or watch fun tv programs and eat!!!! Wow, I feel better already.

Pamper yourself. Have a spa day at home. Give yourself a facial, take a bubblebath, indulge in some chocolate, do a manicure/pedicure, lounge around in comfy jammies, just plain relax. It works for me every time.

midol is the best for cramps even helped my hubbys headache

cranberry juice

try vitamin B6, it works wonders for mood swings, and for tummy cramps, i found good bending and stretching exercises, helped and at night curl up with a hot water bottle on your tummy. and our male answerer is right- sex does help!- but not at work!

my pms makes me either want to kill or cry, after eating every chocolate/icecream I can find. I did the antidepressant route but have found that taking a multivitamin and b-complex on a daily basis and then when I start to feel the emotional roller-coaster starting, take a kava-kava everyday until I'm sure that the pms is slowing. kava is from the pacific and did get some bad press a few years ago when teens were abusing it with alcohol. don't mix kava with alcohol and frankly being a depressant, alcohol should be avoided as well as it will just worsen the pms. even tho' you want chocolate (I'm with you) you're better off with fresh fruits and veggies for snacking to give you the enzymes your body needs to deal.....good luck and remember YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!

chocolate
